Insurances Accepted

At our Specs for Less locations, we accept most insurance & union plans. Below is a list of some of the most popular. As insurance and unions are constantly updating their providers, benefits, and carriers please call any of our locations to confirm that we are currently accepting your plan for assignment and your carrier to confirm we are a part of your network.

​​​​​​​In most cases if we are not part of your vision network we can offer you our in-store specials and provide you with an itemized bill that you can submit for reimbursement of your out-of-pocket expenses, not all plans will reimburse so please contact your carrier for a detailed explanation of your benefits beforehand.

*We also accept insurance provided by the Sanitation Department, Staten Island Railway, and the Management Benefits Fund.
